At Anchor Behavioral Health, we listen attentively to understand the unique challenges you or your loved one are facing. Building trust is at the core of our approach, and our goal is to advocate for the best possible care, whether that care is provided here at Anchor or at another facility that better meets your needs.
Comprehensive Admissions Consultation
During the admissions process, one of our specialists will engage in an in-depth conversation with you to understand your substance use history, mental health background (including trauma), and your current circumstances. This thorough assessment helps us determine if Anchor Behavioral Health is the right fit for you. If we are not the best option for clinical, medical, or financial reasons, we will work with you to find a facility that meets your needs.
Insurance Verification and Coverage
Before beginning treatment, we will verify your insurance coverage and benefits to ensure that you have the necessary coverage to offset treatment costs.
Understanding Treatment Costs
We understand that cost is a significant factor when seeking treatment. Anchor Behavioral Health will provide a transparent overview of the costs associated with your care, including any potential out-of-pocket expenses, so you can make informed decisions.
Pre-Admission Assessment
As part of our admission process, we conduct a pre-assessment to determine the appropriate level of care. This allows us to create a customized and effective treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.
Employment Concerns and FMLA Support
If you’re concerned about taking time off work to attend treatment, we will discuss your options, including how the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) might assist you during this time, and help navigate any employment-related hurdles.
Assistance with Travel Arrangements
For those needing to travel to our facility, Anchor Behavioral Health can assist in coordinating your travel arrangements to ensure you arrive safely. (Please note, we do not cover travel expenses but will help guide you through the process.)
